You will own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Field-facing teams to execute against product vision and business objectives. Leverage your technical acumen to drive engineering programs forward and provide data-driven insights that power strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years in engineering organization leading cross-functional technical programs
• 3+ years software development background
• Skilled at communicating across diverse engineers and stakeholders
• Hyper-organized and capable of coordinating multiple work streams
• Trained in project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Rally, MS Project)

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, cross-functional engineering programs to maximize business value
• Develop strategic program management balancing agility and process
• Build strategic partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
• Mentor junior TPMs and lead by example
• Drive department-wide change and continuous improvement
