Description

As a Care Coordinator at Bond Vet, you'll be the first and last touchpoint for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and supported experience. You'll manage appointments, handle calls and emails, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while providing high-level hospitality.

Requirements

• At least 1 year customer service or receptionist experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and ensure smooth check-in and check-out
• Manage schedule of daily appointments and walk-ins
• Take and make calls and communicate via email
• Keep common areas clean and well stocked
• Provide high level of hospitality and answer questions
