You'll manage community engagement across Checkatrade's social channels, responding to conversations and reviews with a human touch. You'll surface insights from social listening to help improve the brand and customer experience. This role offers hybrid work from Moorgate, London.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor conversations across social media, review platforms, and forums.
• Manage community engagement and respond to comments and DMs.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on Trustpilot and App Store.
• Use social listening tools to track brand mentions and sentiment.
• Identify trends and surface insights to the wider team.

📋 Requirements

• Strong written communication skills.
• Good judgement on when to reply, escalate, or flag issues.
• Attention to detail to spot patterns in feedback.
• Platform awareness across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and forums.
• Analytical mindset for social listening data.
