You'll lead Operations Relationship Management and enterprise distributor onboarding for F&G's expanding distribution footprint. You'll drive service excellence by resolving systemic issues and improving advisor loyalty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the team representing Operations to external distribution partners and vendors
• Develop and maintain strategic internal and external relationships
• Drive operational processing improvements based on business trend analysis
• Resolve escalated service issues and perform root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial services, life insurance, annuities, or retirement plans
• 4+ years in a management or leadership role with direct reports
• Experience with distribution partners or operational relationship management
