• Map functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders
• Write clear user stories aligned with business expectations
• Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders
• Analyze and document business processes for improvement

📋 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial)
• Salesforce Administration experience (objects, fields, flows, profiles)
• Business Analysis experience from gathering to validation
• Experience leading workshops and interviews for requirement gathering

• Knowledge of credit banking processes for legal entities
