You'll provide daily technical support for fire and burglar alarm systems, ensuring optimal performance and rapid response to issues. You'll also assist with access control systems and paging/voice communication support as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot fire and burglar alarm systems daily
• Assist with access control and paging/voice support
• Program control panels and design alarm systems
• Review inspection documentation for compliance

📋 Requirements

• Proven field installation and service experience with fire alarm systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
• Strong reading and comprehension of installation manuals
• Excellent communication skills with diverse personalities

✨ Nice to Have

• EST4 certification
• Licenses: Arkansas Alarm License, NICET, Bosch, Edwards, Kidde, S2, AXIS
• Experience with EST, Kidde, Bosch, DMP, FireLite panels
