You'll architect and build agentic systems powering FLORA's creative operating system. Your work will let creatives orchestrate multi-modal workflows on an infinite canvas. You'll collaborate closely with founders to shape how professionals interact with AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build the intelligence layer of FLORA
• Create multi-modal creative workflows combining text, image, and video models
• Develop agentic features for seamless creative interaction
• Collaborate across product, infra, and design teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems (multi-step pipelines, tool-using agents)
• Experience with memory and retrieval (vector DBs, embeddings, summarization)
• Strong background in orchestration across models, APIs, and tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with creative tools, generative models, or node-based interfaces
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for system reliability
