  • Test end-to-end agent call flows (scheduling, cancellations, intake)
  • Identify and log bugs and edge cases with severity levels
  • Embed with customer front desk or call center teams
  • Review call transcripts and agent decisions at scale

  • Highly detail-oriented with pattern recognition skills
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excited about AI and its real-world applications
