You'll manage a team of 20 Shoppers in a fast-paced fulfillment center, ensuring on-time order preparation and operational excellence. You'll coordinate with other Captains to optimize workflows and maintain safety standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of 20 Shoppers daily
• Monitor order accuracy and on-time completion
• Coordinate with other Captains to adjust resources
• Handle reception, stock management, and truck dispatch

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing BAC+2/3 in logistics
• Available for 2-year apprenticeship with rotating shifts (early morning/late afternoon)
• Fluent in French and comfortable with digital tools
• Have a vehicle to reach the Fretin warehouse
