• Work helpdesk tickets alongside the IT team
• Lead and develop IT support analysts

📋 Requirements

• 3 years leading an IT team
• 3 years troubleshooting Mac computers
• Deep knowledge of macOS, Jamf, Okta, Google suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SOC2 Type 2 compliance
• Comfortable with macOS command line and bash scripts
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management
