Description

You will provide technical support for WFM software solutions, diagnosing and resolving cloud application issues, contributing to the knowledge base, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple systems. You'll work with a ticketing system and collaborate with Tier 2 teams to troubleshoot product issues.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in application production support (SaaS preferred)
  • Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, or Windows server administration
  • Working knowledge of databases (MSSQL)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Familiarity with identity providers (SAML, Okta, One Login)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve cloud application issues
  • Provide technical support via ticketing system
  • Contribute to knowledge base and document troubleshooting steps
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Assist Tier 2 teams with product troubleshooting
