Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend or search infrastructure
• Experience with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Solr
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience building hybrid search with keyword and vector retrieval

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered search and retrieval solutions
• Develop hybrid search systems combining keyword and vector search
• Build scalable pipelines for document ingestion, indexing, and embedding generation
• Write high-quality Python code for data manipulation and search pipelines
