💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Scrum Master for Data Engineering teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring predictable delivery. You'll maintain backlog health, track metrics, and surface risks to leadership. This role combines Agile facilitation with data-driven operational rigor to improve delivery maturity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Monitor backlog health and ensure work items have clear ownership and target dates
• Track sprint velocity, feature progress, and epic completion trends
• Identify and escalate cross-team dependencies, blockers, and risks

📋 Requirements

• Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience in a technology environment
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles
• Experience supporting multiple teams and backlogs
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Platforms
• Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable Agile tools
• Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM)
