Requirements

• Proficiency in social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, etc.)
• Impeccable copywriting skills across multiple language registers
• Hands-on ability to create basic layouts, memes, or assets using AI or Photoshop
• Direct client communication and relationship management
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X algorithms and formats

Responsibilities

• Monitor social listening tools for newsjacking and real-time conversation opportunities
• Transform trends into posts, scripts, or brand actions within hours
• Write grammatically perfect copy adapting tone for different platforms
• Bridge brand values with music, entertainment, sports, and consumer behavior
• Plan editorial calendars balancing scheduled and opportunistic content
