📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in React for production-grade apps
• 5+ years of experience in Angular 15+ in production
• Strong experience with Ionic 7+ and Capacitor
• Proven experience leading frontend development efforts

• Experience leading frontend architecture in small or mid-sized teams
• Exposure to cross-platform mobile development challenges
