🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and execution to ensure make-ready quality
• Maintain and execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
• Supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license
• EPA certification required
