💼 About This Role

You'll own the social media content calendar and community management for the Well People brand at e.l.f. Beauty. You'll coordinate UGC, creative briefs, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X, and emerging platforms. This role offers hybrid flexibility with 3 in-office days in Los Angeles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain monthly social media content calendar for Well People
• Source and coordinate user-generated content (UGC) for campaigns
• Develop social creative briefs and partner with Creative team
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of social media or content coordination experience
• Based in Los Angeles and available 3 days/week in-office
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
