Description

You will provide SAP SD/Reimbursable functional support for the Army GFEBS program, resolve help desk tickets, analyze issues for trends, generate Business Objects reports, and monitor organizational reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of SAP/DoD end-to-end Order to Cash processes (Reimbursable, Advance Sales Orders, etc.)
• Experience with generating and customizing Business Object Reports
• Knowledge of Direct, Automatic, and Funded Reimbursable Authority
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Customer service personality with ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP SD/Reimbursable functional support for Army GFEBS
• Coordinate with end-users and technical representatives to resolve help desk tickets
• Analyze issues for common themes to address via training or process improvements
• Generate BOBJ reports and present metrics to leadership
• Proactively monitor organizational reports to identify issues or areas for improvement
