💼 About This Role

You'll support the legal team at Picnic, the online supermarket revolutionizing grocery shopping. Your work will directly contribute to the company's rapid expansion in France, handling contracts and advising operational teams. You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, data-driven startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily commercial contracts: review, negotiate, and track to signature.
• Review letter of offers and draft initial leases.
• Be the first legal contact for operational teams (commercial, safety, infrastructure).
• Assist on long-term projects (pre-litigation/litigation) and complex contract negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• Master 2 in law or PPI (French bar school) with general French business law knowledge.
• Professional English for meetings, communication, and documentation.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting June/July 2026.
• Willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
