🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support across the business.
• Troubleshoot complex account and SSO issues.
• Automate manual processes to improve user experience.
• Manage office networks, meeting rooms, and printers.
• Lead technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of enterprise IT experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Experience with SCIM provisioning.
• Scripting and API automation experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Okta, Kandji, Kolide, Zscaler, Meraki, HiBob.
• Experience managing macOS, Windows, iOS, Android at scale.
• Office network design with Cisco Meraki.
