You will partner with engineering leadership to accelerate developer velocity through data-driven insights, analytics assistants, and system optimizations. Drive operational excellence, design software development systems, and mentor engineers in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in developer productivity domain in large engineering environments
• Strong experience with one or more of C++, Java, Go, Python, Rust, Node, TypeScript
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment models, and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with metrics, observability tools, and data processing pipelines (Iceberg, Trino, Kafka)
• Proven track record driving technical execution and vision for organizations with 50+ team members

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence for internal software development tools and services
• Design software development systems to ensure best practices and industry standards
• Advise on technical implications of systems design regarding complexity, testability, and maintainability
• Lead development and project management of large projects improving developer productivity and software quality
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the Developer Productivity organization
