💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end Spark deployment lifecycle management for Crusoe's modular data centers, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure sites are ready. Your impact will drive 100+ deployments by 2027, accelerating AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project schedule, budget, and resource allocation for Spark deployments.
• Coordinate site readiness including permitting and utility interconnection.
• Identify and mitigate risks in procurement, construction, and power readiness.
• Provide executive project status updates and maintain deployment dashboard.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years managing complex infrastructure projects with budgets over $100M.
• Expertise in scheduling software for proactive decision-making.
• Technical breadth across electrical, mechanical, civil, cloud, and network engineering.
• Experience managing multiple third-party vendors on critical path deliverables.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed generation energy or multi-site repeatable deployments.
• Data center or advanced manufacturing project background.
