• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through product promotion and social media.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promotions on time.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, scheduling, merchandising).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
