🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach bottom-quartile supervisors using the PETI Coaching Model.
• Conduct structured observations and provide real-time feedback.
• Document coaching sessions and track progress metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to align coaching with performance goals.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in coaching or supervisor development.
• Proven expertise in a structured coaching methodology (e.g., PETI, GROW).
• Experience in a remote coaching environment with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and tailor coaching.

• Experience in BPO or contact center industry.
