• Recruit, retain, develop, and coach a team of regionally focused SEs
• Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence
• Drive team accountability to deal management in Salesforce
• Act as trusted advisor for cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP

📋 Requirements

• Leadership managing a team of Solutions Engineers focused on large enterprise accounts
• Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on technical background
• Network engineering experience or background
• Ability to travel 25-50%

• Experience with CSPM tools or cloud infrastructure security
• Technical SaaS Selling experience
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD process
