💼 About This Role

You'll join a growing legal team at a fast-moving fintech infrastructure company. You'll be the first line of support for commercial contract review and contract lifecycle management, expanding into broader legal operations. This role offers hands-on experience across a range of legal matters in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and draft NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements.
• Manage contracts through Ironclad, including version control and approvals.
• Maintain legal records, coordinate document execution, and assist with corporate documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, people, finance, and compliance teams.

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial contract review and drafting.
• Experience reviewing NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, and vendor contracts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
• Strong Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel skills, including redlining.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools like Ironclad.
• Familiarity with fintech and data protection regulations in UAE and KSA.
• Exposure to virtual assets, cryptocurrencies, or stablecoins.
