You'll function as Manager on Duty leading reset & remodel projects. You'll collaborate with the Store Manager to schedule and prioritize work ensuring accurate completion. This role offers mileage reimbursement during training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Function as Manager on Duty in collaboration with Store Manager
• Utilize outside people resources to support ongoing projects
• Schedule weekly work to ensure accurate completion
• Monitor project results for customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2-5 years in service industry with supervisory experience
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (may be required)

• Additional education beyond high school
• Merchandising or reset experience
• Plan-O-Gram reading ability
