- Develop and execute Americas sales strategy to meet revenue targets
- Build, scale, and lead multi-level sales organization across region
- Drive full-cycle sales excellence including forecasting and deal execution
- Oversee regional market expansion and serve as executive sponsor for key accounts
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years enterprise sales experience with 7+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in SaaS or enterprise sales
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies and multi-million-dollar negotiations
- Willingness to travel 25-50% as required
