Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth, collaborate with your team, and continuously learn through clinical rounds. This role is integral to transforming primary care at an innovative practice backed by Amazon.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care
• State licensed in Oregon by start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Effective communication with diverse populations and use of technology

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
