You'll lead a team of Strategic Account Managers focused on Square's largest services merchants. Your core impact is driving retention and revenue growth through coaching and cross-functional initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape the upmarket strategy for Square's services vertical.

  • Lead a distributed team of 6-8 senior Account Managers.
  • Retain portfolio of services sellers in a competitive environment.
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and performance management.
  • Serve as escalation point for customer challenges.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years total experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
  • 5+ years managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams in high-growth tech.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams as voice of customer.
  • Experience as senior escalation point for customer challenges.

  • Experience with services/leisure/health verticals.
