You'll lead a team of Strategic Account Managers focused on Square's largest services merchants. Your core impact is driving retention and revenue growth through coaching and cross-functional initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape the upmarket strategy for Square's services vertical.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a distributed team of 6-8 senior Account Managers.
- Retain portfolio of services sellers in a competitive environment.
- Provide 1:1 coaching and performance management.
- Serve as escalation point for customer challenges.
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years total experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
- 5+ years managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams in high-growth tech.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams as voice of customer.
- Experience as senior escalation point for customer challenges.
