💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver scalable enablement programs for Customer Success teams at a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry. You'll drive retention, expansion, and faster time-to-productivity by aligning initiatives with business metrics. This role requires a hybrid schedule based in Austin, TX; Irvine, CA; or Akron, OH.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver enablement programs for success planning, risk management, QBRs, and renewals.
  • Equip managers with coaching, inspection, and reinforcement tools.
  • Drive adoption of Gainsight, Gong, Glean, and related tools.
  • Own role-based onboarding for Customer Success and Support roles.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success Enablement or Revenue Enablement
  • Strong understanding of retention, expansion, adoption, and renewals in SaaS
  • Experience using data and metrics to guide enablement impact
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Gong, Glean, Salesforce, and Showpad
