💼 About This Role

You'll support the Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) programme at Octopus Energy, a leader in the renewable energy transition. You'll help deliver pilots and infrastructure projects that drive grid flexibility for Net Zero. This internship addresses Black representation in the energy industry and offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist V2G Programme Manager in tracking milestones and documentation
• Design and maintain a V2G Programme Dashboard for senior management
• Support commissioning and testing of hardware at Slough test facility
• Provide ad hoc support across the wider Flexibility team

📋 Requirements

• Interest in grid flexibility and smart energy systems
• Numerical competencies and some Excel experience
• Willingness to travel to Slough test facility as required
• Ability to pick up work in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Asana or ability to learn quickly
• Inquisitive mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
