You'll manage a dual-motion portfolio, providing high-impact support for scale accounts while owning dedicated customer relationships. You'll drive onboarding, retention, and expansion for EU-based customers, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering. This role leverages AI tools to optimize workflow and drive velocity in a fast-paced environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume account pool using one-to-many approach
- Drive EU-based accounts as trusted advisor
- Lead onboarding, lifecycle, and renewal negotiations
- Leverage AI tools for communication and insights
π Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Business level fluency in English
- Proven experience managing renewals and pricing negotiations
- Comfortable using AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT
β¨ Nice to Have
- Business level fluency in French
- Track record of exceeding expansion or NRR quotas
- Domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management or cybersecurity
