💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Aero Value Stream and drive Lean and continuous improvement globally, shaping outage standards for LM technology. You'll own critical metrics and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable energy solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and improvement of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, LMS100.
• Oversee deployment of Live Outage content to the field.
• Drive adoption of standard work and best practices through Bowlers, MORs.
• Serve as equipment-specific subject matter expert for supported platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years Field Engineer or Project management experience.
• Minimum 11 years progressive experience in the field.
• Strong experience in power generation and field services for Heavy Duty Gas/Steam Turbine maintenance.
• Proficiency in English is required.
