Description

You will organize and coordinate all aspects of production at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, ensuring timely delivery of parts and supporting cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory. This role involves monitoring production flow, coordinating material movement, and maintaining accurate data in MRP/ERP/MES systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (Netsuite, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
• U.S. Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate physical movement of parts across work centers.
• Support cross-functional teams (manufacturing, supply chain, inventory).
• Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP/MES data.
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership.
