You'll lead large-scale mining and metals construction projects across the US, overseeing project portfolios valued at $500M+. You will drive operational excellence, manage profitability, and build client relationships. This remote role includes significant travel and offers exposure to major industrial projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple large-scale mining and metals projects.
• Manage project profitability, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and quality.
• Direct and support Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Lead contract review, change order management, and commercial negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex industrial construction projects in mining or metals.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in EPC or Design-Build delivery environments.
• Proven track record managing multi-project portfolios valued at $500M+.
