You will lead AI transformation initiatives for enterprise clients, driving value realization from Generative AI investments. You'll design and prototype innovative workflows, manage engagement pods, and ensure measurable business outcomes through agile delivery and adoption support.

Requirements

• Significant experience in business consulting, digital strategy, or agile software development with AI/automation for enterprise workflows
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly Services, GenStudio and marketing technologies
• Hands-on builder's mindset with rapid prototyping experience using tools like n8n, Comfy, Cursor
• Exceptional change leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Commanding knowledge of Agile Scrum and collaborative tools (Jira, Miro, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype innovative GenAI-powered Content Supply Chain workflows
• Anchor engagements in a value-realization framework with KPIs and ROI narratives for C-suite
• Lead high-performing Engagement Pods within an Agile framework
• Design strategic workshops and enablement programs for organizational change
• Oversee implementation ensuring brand compliance and quality standards
