• Oversee work of reinsurance TPA and modeling team
• Present program performance to internal committees
• Provide reinsurance product and system expertise
• Respond to escalated reinsurance pricing issues

📋 Requirements

• Reinsurance exposure or actuarial background required
• 5+ years of financial services industry experience
• Experience with life and annuity product features preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
