Description
As a Starshield Enterprise Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for government contracts, managing onboarding, account growth, and long-term retention. You'll champion customer feedback internally and drive strategic commercial decisions to scale enterprise business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
- Experience with government contracts and satellite communications preferred
- 5+ years in strategic sales or account management in a large global organization preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for government contracts from onboarding to account growth and retention
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
- Communicate customer feedback internally to influence product development
- Own assigned accounts, forecasting revenue and identifying risks
