Description

As a Starshield Enterprise Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for government contracts, managing onboarding, account growth, and long-term retention. You'll champion customer feedback internally and drive strategic commercial decisions to scale enterprise business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Experience with government contracts and satellite communications preferred
  • 5+ years in strategic sales or account management in a large global organization preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for government contracts from onboarding to account growth and retention
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
  • Communicate customer feedback internally to influence product development
  • Own assigned accounts, forecasting revenue and identifying risks
