You'll drive partner awareness and generate new business through Cloud Solution Partners like AWS, Microsoft, and Google. You'll build partnership visions, develop executive relationships, and create pipeline growth strategies for MongoDB's fastest-growing database. This role offers access to a lucrative market and comprehensive sales training.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • 10+ years field experience in a partner-facing role with new business generation focus
  • 8+ years quota-carrying experience generating pipeline and selling through Partners in a matrix model
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Track record of overachievement and hitting assigned targets

Responsibilities

  • Build Partnership Vision and forward-looking Business plans with CSPs
  • Develop and nurture executive relationships with CSP execs
  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline through Cloud Solution Partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google)
  • Build mechanisms for sustainable demand generation through programmatic engagement with CSP stakeholders
  • Drive MongoDB awareness and enablement with sales and tech teams at CSPs
