Description

You will lead complex, multi-technology infrastructure and systems integration initiatives in a mission-critical federal environment. You'll drive Agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, and deliver results under tight timelines. This role requires a hands-on leader who brings structure, accountability, and steady leadership to high-impact technical programs.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8140 certification for 802 IT Project Manager (Security+, SSCP, CAP, or GSLC).
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years managing infrastructure or systems integration projects.
• Strong technical literacy in enterprise network environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multi-discipline technical projects across networking, voice, RF, WiFi, SATCOM, and A/V in mission-critical federal environments.
• Drive Agile planning, execution tracking, and delivery cadence to ensure predictable and timely outcomes.
• Coordinate contractor and Government stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables with disciplined follow-through.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior Government stakeholders.
