💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead a new centralized indirect procurement function for a growing home services platform uniting 40+ companies. You'll own $100M+ in spend, driving cost leadership and operational efficiency across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and execution of category management strategy across indirect categories.
• Partner with business unit leaders to align sourcing strategies and maximize value.
• Conduct market and spend analysis to identify cost savings and consolidate suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive adoption of preferred supplier programs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years Category Management experience in indirect procurement.
• Proven track record leading category strategies across multiple indirect categories.
• Hands-on experience with S2P systems like Coupa or Ariba.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA preferred.
• CPSM or CPM certification.
• Prior role at multi-location service organization or consulting firm with indirect procurement focus.
