You'll design and build resilient back-end services for an AI-powered OS powering beauty and wellness businesses globally. Working in a cross-functional team, you'll shape the architecture from monolith to microservices using Ruby, Elixir, and Event-driven systems. This role offers direct influence on product features and engineering culture in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain efficient Ruby/Elixir code.
• Build and maintain services in a distributed system.
• Migrate from a monolith to microservice architecture.
• Help maintain code quality and automation.

📋 Requirements

• ~3+ years in internal product engineering or developer tools.
• Strong understanding of Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript.
• Experience building distributed systems at scale.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka/gRPC.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL Federation.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Experience with 3+ programming paradigms (functional, OO, scripting).
