You'll lead a team building relationships with schools in Nottingham, driving revenue growth for an EdTech platform that saves schools millions. You'll have autonomy to shape commercial strategy in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commercial output for schools in Nottingham
• Set targets, execute strategies, and build relationships with school leaders
• Line manage Account Managers and upskill wider team
• Collaborate on campaigns and increase booking efficiency

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of management experience with direct line management of 2+ people
• Good understanding of school pain points and passion for solving them
• Demonstrated success in commercial or school leadership
• History of rapid career growth and excitement for further growth

• Experience with EdTech or recruitment platforms
• Experience in multi-stakeholder account management
