You'll onboard new clients onto FloQast's SaaS accounting solution and ensure their long-term success and satisfaction. This role leverages your accounting expertise to build rapport and drive product adoption. It offers a unique opportunity to apply your accounting background in a customer success capacity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client launch calls and implement FloQast for CAS customers.
• Design and configure solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Manage implementation timelines and deliverables across multiple customers.
• Track client adoption and drive account optimization.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of private or public accounting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or related certification.
• Experience with FloQast or similar month-end close software.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, and G-Suite.
