๐ผ About This Role
You'll provide white-glove support to Notion's largest enterprise customers, resolving complex technical issues. You'll act as a bridge between customers and engineering, reproducing bugs and driving resolution. This role offers a chance to build and scale support processes while working with cutting-edge AI tools.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide white-glove support to enterprise customers
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of advanced technical issues
- Reproduce issues and file bug reports with Engineering
- Create and refine support processes and documentation
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in technical support or similar role
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Experience with Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML, SCIM)
- Ability to analyze server and client logs for root cause
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Linux, APIs, NoSQL, MySQL
- Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Deep knowledge of Notion
