You'll provide white-glove support to Notion's largest enterprise customers, resolving complex technical issues. You'll act as a bridge between customers and engineering, reproducing bugs and driving resolution. This role offers a chance to build and scale support processes while working with cutting-edge AI tools.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide white-glove support to enterprise customers
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of advanced technical issues
  • Reproduce issues and file bug reports with Engineering
  • Create and refine support processes and documentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical support or similar role
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML, SCIM)
  • Ability to analyze server and client logs for root cause

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Linux, APIs, NoSQL, MySQL
  • Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • Deep knowledge of Notion
