💼 About This Role

You'll develop and optimize sourcing strategies for critical Raptor hardware, primarily forgings and complex machined parts, to scale production for SpaceX's mission. You'll manage supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure supply continuity, directly impacting aggressive program cost goals and building a world-class supply chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze supplier spend and develop negotiation strategies.
• Implement cost controls and cost reduction plans with suppliers.
• Manage production process changes and NPI cut-ins.
• Conduct supplier facility assessments for capability and risk.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related fields.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in engineering or operations.
• Experience in contract negotiation and cost control.
• Experience in technical procurement and vendor management.

• Experience with complex machined components or forgings in aerospace.
