Description

You will lead the Air Dominance division's growth strategy, capturing opportunities across Army, Air Force, and Navy aerial autonomy programs. You'll shape requirements, lead capture campaigns, and represent Scout AI externally to expand the company's aerial portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Army, Air Force, Navy, or related unmanned aerial systems roles
• Demonstrated success leading 0-to-1 program captures
• Deep understanding of DoD acquisition, PPBE, and budgeting
• Established network across relevant program offices
• Active or immediately attainable Top Secret/SCI clearance

• Generate and capture new business opportunities
• Build deep understanding of client base and competitive landscape
• Engage senior stakeholders and establish trusted relationships
• Grow existing programs with engineering and product teams
• Lead full lifecycle of capture campaigns
