🎯 What You'll Do
- Support hazardous waste logistics including manifests and route books
- Serve as first point of contact for healthcare facilities via phone and email
- Investigate and resolve customer requests using Salesforce
- Coordinate with production and transport teams for timely deliveries
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working with data to support decisions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays
