🎯 What You'll Do

  • Support hazardous waste logistics including manifests and route books
  • Serve as first point of contact for healthcare facilities via phone and email
  • Investigate and resolve customer requests using Salesforce
  • Coordinate with production and transport teams for timely deliveries

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working with data to support decisions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays
