🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global office IT operations and respond to issues
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack and other SaaS platforms
• Manage user accounts and device configurations for new hires
• Diagnose and resolve IT/SaaS platform issues

📋 Requirements

• Business-level English communication skills
• Scripting ability in Shell Script, PowerShell, or Python
• Google Workspace administration experience
• Experience in IT infrastructure optimization, automation, security, or cloud operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ITIL framework
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Experience with Windows/Mac MDM solutions
